PRIDE OF THE PAST TO REBUILD THE TRADITION.
1957. Six decades since our dear Oswaldo Antonio Pantoja, at the age of 17, started the seed of the Globo Accounting Organization in Santo André. Whether due to the rigidity of his character, the responsibility at work, the sense of justice with whom he lived or the ease with which customers and employees soon began to admire him, in short, there would still be few qualities if we were to enumerate them here to describe the influence and respect that he amassed in his professional life and that to this day makes him the main pillar of our office. Active until 1998, the longing for his conviviality is the source and guide of the directions and objectives of the Globo Accounting Organization.
It was to be expected that his example would endure over the years and we have much to be proud of so far. Proud of a history that motivates us a lot for the future and the reconstruction of the concepts and values for the next new 60 years!
CONTINUING EDUCATION
The Globo Accounting Organization values dedication and devotion to studies. As an intrinsic culture of our office, we have developed the programs “Seminars: Current Affairs and Updates” in which the employees themselves prepare and present to colleagues important topics of the work routine and legislative updating and “Day of Knowledge”, a day dedicated to the exchange of information between departments with the objective of aligning methods, procedures and, above all, widely disseminating knowledge among all. #learn more who teaches# We also have the program “Tell what you do”, guest professionals from the most diverse areas of knowledge who provide us with lectures on the most diverse topics.

PRAYER ON MONDAYS
A few minutes before the start of work on Mondays, a moment of thanksgiving to God. Regardless of religion, a prayer that our professional task may be a path that serves and is useful to others and that our work dignifies us. A moment of concentration so that we don't forget that time is a treasure and the virtue of order will multiply our achievements.
We put together the seals of cans that will be destined for the UOPECCAN Hospital in Umuarama - PR, to be exchanged for wheelchairs.
We encourage the collection of caps and blisters that will be converted into feed and castrations for street animals.
Pets Bottles - Bottles are taken to Moeda Pet, a PMSA event where pets are exchanged for food, all collection is left to the NGO.
Campaign to collect shoes, blankets, clothing for children and adults that will be sent to the Nosso Lar asylum and the Sol da Esperança orphanage.
